You will need to read and agree to the booking terms and conditions and cancellation policy.

You will be sent a licence agreement before the end of July 2020. This sets out the full terms under which you agree to rent a room of The Bridge Student Accommodation. To help you make your decision you can view an example copy here together with the Residents House Rules.

Our Covid-19 Guarantee

We appreciate that this is a difficult time to make decisions.

We are working on plans to open and implementing social distancing measures. This includes staggered meal times in the Bridge Kitchen, reduced occupancy for 2020/21 and additional cleaning throughout a 24hour period.

We are offering flexible start dates if your course is delayed. Should your course be cancelled we will return your deposit.

Any Questions

Should you have any questions or problems paying the deposit then please don’t hesitate to contact us either via our online form, by telephone on +44 (0)1483 532555 or by email at info@thebridgerooms.org.uk

  • 2. Your course

  • 3. Room Preference

  • Please select your room preference. We only have a limited number of En-suite Garden / River view rooms remaining
  • If you have friends applying to stay here please tell us their name so we can try to ensure you are near each other. We can only accept your friends name if they name you on their application too.
  • 4. Guarantor details

The guarantor is the person who agrees to pay the rent should the resident become in arrears. We require a UK based guarantor.
  • 5. Payment of Deposit

Deposits are equivalent to four week’s rent. This is held in your rent account separately to your rental payments and will be returned upon your check-out, providing the room is in the same condition (less reasonable wear and tear). We do not accept deposits in lieu of final payment.

Unfortunately, due to the high demand for rooms, we cannot hold them without deposits.

If you do not achieve your grades and therefore do not achieve a place at your HEI deposits will be returned (with proof your place has been cancelled). For other cancellations please cancel by 31st July 2020

    Covid-19:

If the Covid-19 situation continues and your course is not run by your HEI we will return your deposit.
